early bag drop helpful staff
the staff allowed us to leave our bags early. the staff members were helpful. the hotel provided pre-dinner snacks, a tasty evening meal, and a lovely breakfast. the building showcases a beautiful garden.
the interconnected doors to the next room lessened privacy. i could hear conversations from the adjacent room. this impacted sleep quality.

thin walls stained towel
the staff was helpful and the breakfast (especially the toast!) was fine.
My room was next to another with connecting doors and i could hear every word spoken next door. Privacy felt nonexistent. the bathroom was old and the shower head sprinkled water instead of providing a steady stream. i found a stain on one of the towels (it looked like coffee).
